Allow me to help your muscles relax through the therapeutic touch of massage. Every session is designed to help you release tension and reconnect with peace—starting with an optional calming scalp massage and a warm towel across your back. I begin with long, soothing strokes from your neck down to your lower back, gradually adjusting pressure to your comfort level.

 

As your muscles warm, I may gently guide your arms overhead to access deeper layers of your low back and hips. This is your moment to breathe deeply—most of us don’t stretch or breathe deeply enough, and your muscles crave that oxygen for true release.

 

Moving down the body, I often assess tension in your glutes, which can directly affect low back pain. A light tapping or vibration technique may be used here to help your muscles fully let go.

 

While your feet enjoy the warmth of wrapped towels, I’ll begin working your thighs and legs. And yes, everyone loves a good foot massage! You also have the option of a soothing exfoliating foot scrub to leave your feet soft and refreshed.

 

As you become more comfortable, I may begin to incorporate light stretches into your session—tailored to your needs—to take the experience to a deeper level of healing.

 

Throughout the massage, I’ll gently remind you to breathe: in through your nose, out through your mouth. Your breath is powerful. It brings your body the oxygen it needs to truly relax.
