How Memberships Work

• Memberships are billed automatically each month on the enrollment date

• Each membership includes one massage session per billing cycle

• Sessions are reserved for monthly use and do not roll over

• A valid payment method is required to maintain an active membership

• Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use

Member Rate for Additional Sessions

Active members may book additional massage sessions within the same billing cycle at a reduced member rate ($10 off). Discounted member rates apply only to sessions booked and completed while the membership is active and cannot be combined with other promotions.

All sessions include hot stones, hot towels, and aromatherapy, as part of the Love & Peace™ Massage experience. Do membership sessions roll over if unused? -No. Membership sessions are intended for monthly wellness and must be used within the billing cycle. Unused sessions do not roll over or accumulate. Can I cancel or reschedule my membership appointment? -Yes. Membership appointments follow the same booking and cancellation policy as all services. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session for that month. Are memberships refundable or transferable? -No. Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, and membership sessions are non-transferable. Memberships can be shared with family/friend. Can I pause or cancel my membership? -Memberships may be paused or canceled in accordance with the membership policies. Cancellation requests require advance notice prior to the next billing date. Can I book more than one massage in a month as a member? -Yes. Members are welcome to book additional massage sessions within the same month at a discounted member rate, based on availability.
