Member FAQs

1. Can I cancel/pause/upgrade my membership?

Absolutely. You can cancel anytime with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
Need a break? You may also pause your membership once per year for up to 1 month.
Just contact me directly, and I'll take care of the upgrade for you. Your new membership will start right away, and your billing will update to reflect your new plan.

2. Is there a contract?

No contracts, no sign-up fees. Enjoy peace of mind and self-care on your schedule.

3. What happens if I don't use my massage this month?

One unused massage can roll over for up to 60 days. After that, it will expire.

4. How does the "Share the Peace" guest pass work?

Once every 3 months, you may invite a guest to receive a massage at your member rate.

Must be booked through your account or pre-approved before their visit
Only valid once per 3-month period
Guest visits do not count toward your monthly massage
