Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged the full session amount.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
A card is required to book. Payment is due at the end of your session unless otherwise noted.
If you’re feeling sick or experiencing symptoms, please reschedule your appointment to protect yourself and others.
To maintain a calm and relaxing space, only clients receiving services are allowed in the treatment room unless otherwise discussed.
